Lana and Lewis Montville Chapel Maleny Wedding Photography
Lana and Lewis were married in the Montville Chapel with wedding photos also taken at Maleny. The Animal Refuge at Evans Farm was being transformed into a wedding venue and the owner kindly allowed us to take photos there. A couple of the rescue piglets escaped and that resulting chase still makes me giggle. The stunning views over the Glasshouse mountains are breathtaking. We originally talked about going to One Tree Hill but we felt it would be nice to do something different. Lana and Lewis loved the idea of a different location for bridal portraits.
This Maleny Montville wedding was another full day photography package, and many more family shots, social shots and reception photos aren’t shown here. Essentially a full day package is where we see the bridal parties really relax and have more fun, as they kind of adopt us or decide we are part of the furniture. . The full days include a lot of images, these have been made quite small so they load quickly but are of high quality to print for a wedding album.
For the getting ready photography Phill went to the boys, I went to the girls and we met at the wedding ceremony for co-shooting. We have quite different styles of photography and I always get excited to see our images come together into a complete story for brides and grooms.
The great feature of Montville Chapel is that the reception venue is also contained with the private grounds. The chapel itself has been custom built for weddings with some amazing bespoke touches.
